A old tale about an oldman in a feudal domain
あるくにのおじいさんのおはなし

Once upon a time, there lived an old man (OJII-san/Fujii-san).

The county where he lived was very rich in rice cultivation,
but nowadays profits of the country from rice cultivation are decreasing.
So, citizens decided to look for a new crop or job to replace rice farming in this country.

The old man had ideas to grow new vegetables or fruits which can be applied from past firming chores,
and the idea was to grow up the so-called 3D of "Durian", "Dropwort" and "Dishcloth ground".

The old man thought about the state of the land and the location
and began to sow the appropriate seeds.
The crop that does not grow in the land of the country or the crop that citizens don't know how to cultivate,
the old man decided to work cooperatively with people in other countries.

One day, a plant sprouted.

The old man was thinking about how to grow big these crops and how to sell them.

At that time, the old man was called by the chief retainer (GOKAROU-sama).
Because the old man had always told the Lord (OTONO-sama) about the new crops,
and the Lord agreed his projects, the old man was sure that the chief retainer would praise and reward him.

But the chief retainer said to the old man ,
"You will not be in this country until the flower and the fruit of this crop bloom."
"So you don't have to look after these crops. I'll leave these projects to the other young man TAGOSAKU in your group."
And,
"You only have to take care of raising the Durian on your own."

The old man was disappointed ...

And what has become of this crops?
What has become of this country?
